All my fly.io machines (except one) in the FRA region stopped working ca. 7min ago.
[PR03] could not find a good candidate within 40 attempts at load balancing. last error: [PR01] no known healthy instances found for route tcp/443. (hint: is your app shut down? is there an ongoing deployment with a volume or are you using the ‘immediate’ strategy? have your app’s instances all reached their hard limit?)
Even accessing the dashboard is slow/ times out: `https://fly.io/apps/xxxx/machines\`
The status page doesn’t list any issues
for the one that’s working performance is terrible right now (40s+ load time for assets)
Restart fails too:
Error: could not stop machine xxx: failed to restart VM xxx: request returned non-2xx status: 408: (Request ID: xxx-fra)
