Is there a prime way to figure out the best tuning for concurrency?

Concurrency tuning will be different from app to app. So it’s OK to leave these defaults. I left a comment about your statics entries. Otherwise, you could choose to use HTTP checks instead of TCP.
Let us know how things go. Would this Dockerfile be fairly stable for this framework? If so, we could add a launcher to flyctl to support it.
