Fly Postgres + Vercel Next.js

Has anyone here tried connecting to a Fly Postgres instance from a Vercel app? I only found one thread with no replies: Fly poostgres with vercel app

I’m interested because Vercel’s db offering has really low write limits, and as far as I can tell there are no such limits on Fly, since this is just a regular VM like any other service. And I’m pretty sure that I could run it for less than $20/month (the lowest Vercel price).

Yep, works fine.

I’ve used both npm:postgres and prisma, both work just fine.

I remember possibly having to manually disable SSL but that might’ve been somewhere else
