`fly logs` not tailing

fly logs -a <appname> is showing logs, but not tailing for any of my apps (all based in sjc). Logs via the web UI are streaming fine.

Upgraded flyctl to latest (fly v0.3.28 darwin/arm64 Commit: 7b8546ae9623fde6e64d3964b2042fe25147cca8 BuildDate: 2024-10-23T10:54:23Z) but nada.

Anyone else? Any ideas?
