Fly.io has charged me for 3 months of support when I don't have any support package

I used the support for one month in September and Fly.io has been charging since even though I have cancelled it in September.

There can be a bit of queue at the beginning of the month, when everyone suddenly has questions about their latest invoice, etc., so it’s wise to be a little patient at this time…
