Feature request: global --yes for "does not match app name in config"

This would make it a little easier to work with databases or multiple apps in CI.

Was just searching the forums for this exact feature, so consider this a +1.
Would also be open to any workaround ideas for CI.

One workaround is to remove the app name from fly.toml and always specify it using the cli option --app
