"Failed to waiting for machine"

I tried out https://fly.io/terminal, ‘Launch Web CLI’. It sits there for a bit, then says “Failed to waiting for machine”. What gives?

It doesn’t work for me, either.

Same for me too: Introducing fly.io/terminal - #5 by Alex21. Totally understandable that Fly.io needs to figure out how to limit abuse of it. I hope they’re able to figure it out and re-enable legitimate use of it. It’s a cool feature!
