I’m seeing persistent kernel-level filesystem errors on a volume in the lax region. This is causing SQLite corruption and app crashes.

Subsequent app logs show database disk image is malformed (11) and JSON parsing errors due to garbage data being read from disk.
I am planning to migrate to a new volume, but wanted to flag this as it looks like a host/storage-level failure rather than an app-level issue. Any insights on if this node is having issues would be appreciated.
