Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: remote builder app unavailable

Hi there,
Trying to deploy an app. On the last step of deploy I get an error:

←[33mWARN ←[0mFailed to start remote builder heartbeat: remote builder app unavailable
Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: remote builder app unavailable

Could someone assist on what should I do to overcome it?
