fly deploy seems to be alternating returning the following outputs:

Run "fly version update" to upgrade.
==> Verifying app config
--> Verified app config
==> Building image
Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: upstream service is unavailable

Run "fly version update" to upgrade.
==> Verifying app config
--> Verified app config
==> Building image
Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: Couldn't allocate volume, no disks available (region: sea, size_gb: 50)

Any ideas?
