Error 500 when attempting to access compliance documents

Good Morning,

I am currently renewing our external providers SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certifications for our own audit, however if i click on the “Compliance” page button it just shows an error 500:

Trying the same with an organization (our staging env) where we do not pay for the compliance package i get a working website showing me that i can pay for it.

Regards
Ferdinand Linnenberg

Are you still seeing 500 here? I just tried to reproduce and didn’t encounter a 500, so wondering if maybe this was intermittent.

Hey, just tested again, same result

Hi there @FLinnenberg - Jacob figured out what the problem is - you’re not an administrator of the organization you want to get compliance documentation for - it shouldn’t error out like this, but as a non-admin, you’ll not be able to access these documents.

Please track down an organization administrator and have them check that page for the updated compiance documents - an admin will be able to access the documents correctly.

(And we’ll fix the ugly scary error!)

@FLinnenberg actually… we looked more closely and we think an organization member should be able to get compliance documents as well.

Based on the code and logs we’re seeing, we’re confident you can get things working by logging out of Sign in to Your Account · Fly, and then logging back in (this will refresh your authentication tokens and should give you access to the documents for the other organization).

If you can give it a try and report back we’d be quite grateful
