Rails 7 application has been running fine for a month and a half. Users are state of Florida educators. As of 7am this morning, one district is getting ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED when trying to access the application, across all browsers. Prior to this they’ve had no issues getting to site. For a brief time mid-morning they were able to get to it again, but since about lunch time EST it’s again unavailable. IT department from that district sent this image showing packet captures and says those RSTs at our app’s IP address shows that the resets are happening on our end.
Metrics here at fly.io are all fine. No other users around the state are reporting issues. I don’t know where else to look to troubleshoot.

EDIT: Was just sent results of a curl -v to the address from the troubled district and it pulls the site content down fine.
