We are measuring upload and download speeds from SJC, EWR, FRA and LHR to different object storage locations and discovered an anomaly with download speeds from SJC and FRA. The measurements are ran at uniform random times and data sizes for weeks at a time. Upload times from all 4 regions and downloads from SJC and LHR are consistent.
Below are examples of the strange download speed distributions. Do you have any idea what’s causing these strange behaviors?
