Downgrading to Trial plan? Cannot cancel or change the credit card

I created an account with a wrong email and introduced my credit card. Now I cannot change my e-mail, nor delete the credit card, nor deactivate my account. Can I downgrade to trial plan and then delete my credit card?

I had to create this account in order to get help as I won’t have any support either.
