DNS outage? Postgres "could not translate host name"

Seems like an outage. First started in FRA, so I moved all my instances to ARN, it worked fine for like 15 minutes and now it’s out as well.

Apps can’t connect to postgres due to:
could not translate host name \"top2.nearest.of.postgres.internal\" to address: Name does not resolve

Confirmed here too on one app in LHR – have converted temporarily to using e.g. postgres.internal and dropping the top2.nearest.of to bring it back online.
