I saw some same problems here in 2024, but this still exists for my app deployed in IAD. I redacted the real domain to example.com.
Unfortunately we cannot debug this kind of issue without at least one of the following: (1) the name of your app; and (2) the domain you’re trying to reach. Is it possible to share either one of them or both? We aren’t currently seeing DNS problems in general in iad, so it has to be a somewhat specific problem.
