Getting “Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: error connecting to docker: failed building options: error fetching target app: An unknown error occured.” when trying to deploy our apps, locally or through github actions.
The deployment worked earlier today. Is there anything going on downstream with docker or did something change?

Do you have any estimate for when this might be resolved? I don’t see “intermittent API errors” I see 100% of my deployment attempts failing fwiw.
