Deploying Cookiecutter Django on Fly (Celery, Tigris S3, Postgres, Redis)

I couldn’t find a good tutorial around deploying Cookiecutter Django to Fly so I made my own, hopefully can help someone else in the future.

This version includes Celery workers, Tigris object storage, Postgres DB and Upstash Redis.

Let me know any thoughts/suggestions for improvement!
