Hi everyone, I would like to know how I remove the prices that are being charged, I need something free for now, can anyone tell me what I did wrong?

I can see you have a 5GB volume and our free tier is 3GB

At some point you also used additional RAM (scaled one app from 256MB to more than that) so you got billed a little bit there.

You don’t need to worry about the amount you already were billed for, we have a system that current customers will get bills lower than $5 discounted by 100%.

We currently don’t support shortening volumes, you’d have to create a new one and copy files between then

Hi! Is there a way to shrink the volume? I accidentally attached more than necessary volume size to my grafana instance Maybe there is a way I can spawn new instance attach smaller volume, copy data from bigger one and destroy old volume + instance Also not really related question, but don’t wanna spam with topics: Can I disallow connecting to my web server via *.fly.io, or firewall it somehow so I can reach it only when I proxy traffic via wireguard. p.s. hopefully these questions …

You can have unlimited organizations as long as it’s not one way to abuse free tier though feel free to create as many as you need for different businesses/clients.

Hi there! We don’t really encourage multiple orgs to avoid incurring billable usage. If a user in good faith needs multiple orgs, that’s okay and we will encourage that usage. If the goal is to scale stuff across multiple orgs specifically to keep reusing the free tier, then that is a ToS violation. I hope this answers your question!
