Convert new organization to personal organization

Hello,

I registered for fly.io and have default organization, which I think people called personal organization, it waived <5$ bill without any problem.

Recently I deleted that org then created new organization, this new organization not waived <5$ bill, how can I convert it to personal organization?

On old organization, I created a support ticket, supporter told me it apply for any org created but it seem work only on first auto-created org only. Below is quote from support message

Regarding that $5 invoice–we don’t currently waive $5 invoices. We do waive invoices with total costs below $5. This current waiver is applicable for organizations regardless if they’re personal organizations or new organizations created.

it’s not possible to convert a new organization to a personal one. my understanding was that we waived invoices under $5 for all organizations (as mentioned in that support response), but I’ve asked our billing team for clarification.

Hi, only the personal organization (first one created when you start a Fly.io account) is eligible for the under-$5 waiver.
