config.yml seems not to be taken into account when (re)deploying?

I’m running headscale on fly and it seems that after an update I can’t use my custom ip4 prefixes anymore, so I’ve changed those in the config.yml and ran fly deploy again. But the ip adresses are still using the old prefixes.

What do I need to do to make fly take these changes in config.yml into account?
