Been stuck this way for a few days. Tried deleting the certificate and starting the process again - no change in behavior. The icons have no tooltip, don’t know what we need to do.
(We have a paid org but this is on a test/unpaid account, so reaching out here.)
It seems to be inching along, now the 
icon has gone away for one of the algos. Still not much of an idea of what it means or what we can do.
Which method are you trying to use for the verification?
If you’re trying to verify using the acme dns challenge, note that the record has to be a CNAME, not a TXT record.
