Its insane that fly.io does not have any pathway to get official support before becoming a paying customer. I was trying to assess if I should use fly for as a paid product. How could they ever expect someone to start paying for their product in a situation like this.
Have you tried emailing support about the issue?
There is no support email for unpaid accounts.
the certificate for kpbj.fm
does seem to be generated correctly according to our backend. fly-proxy is loading a certificate for kpbj.fm, *.kpbj.fm
(which doesn’t show up on the backend) but failing to use it… this is weird, I’ll look into it
You can email support and get a response on the non paid tier. It’s worth a shot… I’ve gotten some responses about my inquiries on the free account.
non-paid support is only for billing inquiries, unfortunately.
I don’t know if its related but i had a *.kpbj.fm
cert which I deleted yesterday.
@solomon looks like something got stuck between us and letsencrypt while provisioning the certificate, it’s all good now. sorry for the trouble
