Can't deploy → Error need to set up billing → Billing IS set up

I decided to try using Fly.io, but this has been a real challenge. First it read I could not deploy until I added a credit card and when I tried adding a credit card it read you can’t add a credit card until you deploy! A support request got this resolved and now from the CLI when I run:
`fly deploy --config apps/backend/fly.toml --remote-only -a [something]` it goes through all the building and pushing of the image, and then I get an error you require my billing information!!!

I check billing and it reads “Charged Automatically”.

I want to use fly to save time, but if I can’t get deployed it does not help.

I took a quick glance and it looks like you have two organizations; one has billing setup and the other does not. I suspect that is related to the issue you’re running into but again we can help get better confirmation over an email.

Which app are you trying to deploy or to what organization? That might help us confirm if it’s just an issue with which organization you’re deploying your app under.

I e-mailed billing. I did confirm before this post and checked afterwards, I am using the organization that has billing set up.
