Cannot signup with GitHub, "something went wrong"

I’m unable to add my GitHub account. I wanted to signup, it takes me through the GitHub dialog (which successfully registers fly.io as a GitHub app) but then I’m taken back to fly.io with a small flash at the bottom of the page “something went wrong”. If I try more times, there is no GitHub screen, until I delete fly.io as an authorized app.

I can’t use fly.io until I can make this work, any ideas? The GitHub account t is not authorized for use wth any other fly.io account. Frustrating, as I’d like some fly goodness!

Here’s the fix: go in, make an app, press “deploy your app inside GitHub” and add your org instead of yourself and it seems to work.
