Receiving the following message when I try to authenticate with Google Workspace SSO.
”Unable to authorize access: must authenticate with Domain.com Google account (got [domain.com])”
I have replaced my actual domain name with “Domain.com” but the pattern is the same, it seems to be rejecting the lowercase version of the domain. I have also sent several emails with no response and there is no way to log in to upgrade to the support tiers.
Hi… Where were you sending email? billing@fly.io is the address dedicated to account questions.
(The more obvious support@ just redirects here, to the community forum, last I heard.)
The official support docs were rejigged recently to emphasize a little better that anyone can email the billing address; you don’t need a Support plan for that one…
I would give it a full 24 hours and then maybe try emailing justbilling@fly.io (as the sole recipient). I’m not sure what nuances there might be in their filtering setup…
the email did make it into the billing inbox just fine. it looks like the ticket queue is fairly long right now, and a couple support team folks are away.
(I did quickly fix the issue and reply to the email.)
