I will like to cancel my Hobby Plan. Been like this for 4 months already, and I’m not able to remove the Credit Card until cancellation.

You can deactivate your account in the dashboard by going to Account > Settings > Deactivate account (direct link: deactivate your account). This will delete all information compliant with GDPR.
