People in some location don’t use bank card for online payment. They use alipay instead.
I don’t work for, or speak for, Fly, but I wonder if this might not be a priority, in the same way that settling invoices via PayPal may not be a priority. I should think that the larger customers that Fly would like to have on board would settle either by international bank transfers or by Visa/Mastercard. Hobbyists may prefer to use other payment methods, but they (we) may not be a primary target customer.
I’d add also that while the sinophobia of the current US administration is deplorable, it may be the case that US companies would regard integrating with Chinese companies as politically difficult for now. I hope that situation improves, but for now, it is what it is.
