I received an invoice for payment for phoenix.new for Jan 1, it was paid, I have the receipt.
However, inside fly.io it still shows as not paid. And upcoming invoice is for Jan1.
I have the invoice and receipt in my email showing it was paid. Somehow fly.io didn’t process it and also it didn’t add credits to my phoenix.new account.
Please assist.
I tried reaching out to billing, but have not heard anything yet.

We get an influx of emails at the beginning of each month (as people receive their end of month invoices and have questions), so it will take a bit longer to get a response towards the start of any month, but someone will respond.
