could someone please explain what capacity?
Everything works well. I set up my machine to auto stops and it stops.
It seems to me that the STOP process with this message
App app_name has excess capacity, autostopping machine

That’s by design. eg, Capacity is how many connections/requests your instance can handle. When there’s no one visiting your website, there’s excess capacity so it shuts down b/c there’s nothing to do.
