First time using Fly io for a real app.
I have got a healthy app/db.
Can ping it, but have no response when visiting it.
This started as the “planned maintenance was taking place” but never came back to work.

Any help on where to start looking would be great
Can you shell into the instance at the console? From there you can test if your app’s listener is up.
Can you give us an idea what “healthy” means here? It sounds like it is not healthy; are you relying on a platform definition of healthiness? Do you have your own health-check that makes sense in the context of your app?
