App running locally, but not on fly.io

Locally I am able to start my .net test app, but when I try to run in on fly.io using Docker, it says
This myApp.fly.dev page can’t be found.
My app is using postgresql db on fly.io which I am able to access from pgAdmin client locally.**

This test app has been running correctly on fly.io the last time I was running it about 3 months ago. Not sure if there have been some changes or upgrades to the fly.io that I didn’t take into account.

Apart from that, any other help is appreciated.
