Always fail to deploy my app. here’s the logs

You might have logs from your deployed/deploying app. You can see those if you run fly logs. Do you see more useful logs there?

Could you share some of your fly.toml here as well?

Is it just not showing anything at all or what happens?

It might help to run fly logs in one terminal while you run a deploy in another terminal
