All the payment cards I've tried have been declined

Hi, I’m trying to add a payment method to my account, but every attempt is being declined.

I’ve tried:

  • Multiple credit cards (not debit or prepaid)
  • Entering billing details manually (not using Link)
  • Different browsers / sessions

All attempts result in “Your card was declined.”

I’m confident the cards are valid and working elsewhere, so I suspect my account may be flagged or blocked on the Stripe side.

Could someone take a look and let me know if my account needs to be unblocked?

Never mind I got it sorted.

Pleased you fix it. If you wish, you can delete this post; I think the forum gives that option.
