We’re an adult-focused platform that is considering moving our services to Fly, but we’re wondering how the TOU defines “hosted”. As it currently states:
Customer represents and warrants that any Customer Data hosted by Fly.io as part of the Fly.io Services shall not (a) infringe, misappropriate or violate any Intellectual Property Rights, publicity/privacy rights, law or regulation; (b) be deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or unlawful;
Any adult content that might be considered pornographic wouldn’t be hosted on Fly. The only thing we would want to move is our services backend, and our DB’s are hosted elsewhere (and we aren’t currently looking to change).
Understanding that, would we be able to move to Fly? The last thing I want to do is go through the work of moving all of our services only to have our account cancelled due to a TOS violation.
Sidenote: It would be great if you guys had some kind of pre-sales support email or something!
