I recently discovered that my account was flagged from your “fraud protection system”. I’m a monthly paying customer, already wrote to my personal support email, waiting for almost 24 hours until now no response.
There are (have been…) productive apps running on your platform, and WITH NO NOTICE THEY ARE ALL GONE … my dashboard is empty.
I just discovered because my customer asked what the hell is happening so I have to ask this publicly to please get a statement from your side ASAP.
I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and the apps be restored. This is a personal NO-GO for me, and I gladly did hesitate to move all projects to fly.io
So can you please tell me on how to proceed or whom to contact?
