Was seeing oddly slow response times which seemed to stem from my Phoenix/Elixir app having troubling maintaining database connections to Neon.tech from YYZ to IAD. I ended up moving my compute from YYZ to IAD and everything running smoothly and lightening fast again.
Not sure if a routing issue or some kind of issue @ YYZ but just thought I’d post in case anyone else was seeing weird behaviour with compute in YYZ.
