Initially we deployed from the GitHub app, but we now moved to deploying via flyctl via our CI. However, we now have this nag error banner since GitHub app is uninstalled, but I can’t remove the attached repos.
I saw this ticket, and AFAIK there’s no way to detach an attached repo, even if it doesn’t have permissions to do anything anymore
