Verify Dedicated Static Egress IPv4 for API Whitelisting

Hello Fly.io Support,

I have an application hosted on Fly.io that uses the following outbound egress IPv4 address:

209.71.89.161

A third-party API provider (ConsumerDirect) requires that all API requests originate from an IP address that is:

  • Dedicated exclusively to my application (not shared with other customers)
  • Static
  • Public IPv4
  • US-based

They audited the IP address above and informed me that it appears to be shared and not static.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether 209.71.89.161 is a dedicated egress IPv4 assigned exclusively to my application.
  2. Whether it is static and will remain assigned unless I intentionally change or release it.
  3. If it does not meet those requirements, what is the correct way to provision a dedicated static public IPv4 egress address that satisfies third-party IP whitelisting requirements?

Thank you for your assistance.

I can confirm this IP is assigned exclusively to your app in the ord (Chicago) region, and it will remain assigned and not change unless you explicitly request it.
