After subtracting the free quota, my bill last month was $6.68. But my bill so far this month is **$0.00**.

I wonder if there is a change in the way the free quota is calculated, or is there something wrong with the billing system?

By the way, I recently changed the deployment from multiple apps to single app multi-process. I don’t know if it has any effect.

My upcoming billing is till **$0**.

While free makes me happy, I’m worried if the billing system is wrong. Because my bill was **$6.68** last month and I used the same resource this month.
