I’m trying to deploy a single machine for MySQL 8.4, using the official mysql:8.4 image. I’ve been trying all day, but everything I try results in this in my deployment logs:

```auto
23:55:54 Pulling container image docker-hub-mirror.fly.io/library/mysql@sha256:72c368d898861f3b3a07af0e6d690400f44f048799ed46822783d9224cc2c86d
```

Here’s the fly.toml in use (it’s called `fly-db.toml`, since it’s a secondary service in my app):

```auto
app = "patient-lake-1278-db"
primary_region = "iad"
[build]
image = "mysql:8.4"
[env]
MYSQL_DATABASE = "drupal"
MYSQL_USER = "drupal"
[processes]
app = "--datadir /data/mysql"
[mounts]
source = "db_data"
destination = "/data"
initial_size = "1gb"
[[vm]]
memory = "1gb"
cpu_kind = "shared"
cpus = 1
```

And the command I’m using is `fly deploy --config=fly-db.toml --ha=false`.

Am I doing something wrong here?

If I switch this to `postgres:17` (and adjust the secrets/configuration appropriately), it deploys without issue. So whatever this is seems specific to the MySQL image, not my configuration.
