The LAX/SJC upstream network incident was marked resolved at 15:57 UTC, but [Fly.io](http://Fly.io) remains completely unreachable through Telnor/Infinitum in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

This is not limited to our application. Through the affected connection, we cannot access:

- [fly.io](http://fly.io)

- Fly.io-hosted applications using [fly.dev](http://fly.dev)

Connectivity tests from the same device:

- Telnor/Infinitum Wi-Fi without VPN: Fails

- Cellular data: Works normally

- VPN over the affected Telnor Wi-Fi: Works normally

Because everything works immediately through cellular data or a VPN, the applications and devices appear healthy. This looks like a lingering routing or peering issue between Telnor/Infinitum in Baja California and [Fly.io](http://Fly.io) following the LAX/SJC incident.

Could someone from the [Fly.io](http://Fly.io) networking team verify the routes serving Telnor/Infinitum traffic from Tijuana? The incident may have been resolved globally while this network path remains affected.

I can provide traceroute results privately if needed.

could you please post a traceroute / `mtr -rwbzo "LSD NABVW"` to [debug.fly.dev](http://debug.fly.dev) or [fly.io](http://fly.io)?
