TeamSpeak - UDP Issues

Hi everyone

We’ve been running a TeamSpeak 3 server on fly for the past 4 months.

Recently, past 3 weeks, we’ve been experiencing multiple issues with it:

  • High packet lose

  • High ping

  • Users unable to connect to the server

Has anyone else been having issues with UDP recently?

We’ve tried moving regions but that made no difference.

We currently pay for the launch plan and sent in a support email 3 weeks ago, but are yet to receive a response.
