On Safari, mac, I am unable to set the select option, preventing me to submit a ticket. There’s no useful console output it seems there’s just no bound (phx?) event on the select

The Issue im trying to address is that after migrating smoothly to the v2 mpg cluster my disk usage says 108% while my actual database is only around 1GB.. the other 9GB seems WAL logs and what not.. before the migration my disk usage wasnt anywhere near 100% I think

Thanks in advance

Hmmm, you should see a “Reply to Thread” button below the details section. If it’s not there, are you able to try a different browser?

(I wasn’t able to replicate this in Safari)

same issue on chrome, as the screenshot it seems the interface might not be fully rendered but no errors.

It might be worth opening your Dev Tools and seeing if there are any errors in the console.

I already did and mentioned there’s none, so its probably a rendering issue from the user perspective in the phoenix template (assuming phoenix or alike)

I just tried again, there’s no reply option on the ticket created, and when trying to create a new ticket I still cannot set the select option for the relevant mpg cluster.

replying via email made the reply buttons re-appear.. so it seems a thread without a reply is some sort of state case in the UI where the reply buttons weren’t rendered before.
