All fly SSH commands timing out today ran every local check I can. If anybody knows why or can let me know that its resolved that would be spectacular.
Could you show readers an example command, together with the console output? Try the same from two different connections if you can, to see if it is a local connectivity or DNS problem.
Fly ssh -a internet-domination -C “echo OK”
Connecting to fdaa:…
After about 3 minutes I get timeout
Error: error connecting to SSH server: dial: tcp [fdaa…] operation timed out
Consider editing your post to add the actual IPv6 address, so that someone can try it for themselves. They are harmless to add here; they do not identify you.
My guess is that your local computer is on an IPv4 network and it cannot reach your IPv6 machine. But we will see.
I found the solution. I cloned the machine tested it and SSH worked fine. Deleted the old machine. Thanks for the help.
