For services, as opposed to detachable sessions, the draft docs on GitHub say that they “hibernate automatically”, although there’s not much detail that I’ve found beyond that (apart from the TCP quote above that probably you already saw).
The official docs still seem to be mostly offline, so it’s hard to say for sure. It might be worth checking for the detachable sessions. I think that’d be sprite exec, with no further arguments,
