The sprites.dev account page Sprites - Stateful sandboxes reports 500 error:
<organization>:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
(I replaced my organization text with a placeholder in this message).
Also seeing 500 errors on the API for this org.
The issue is specific to one of my organizations, and not to my other organizations.
Experiencing the same 500 errors on the account page and API for one of my organizations as well. Other orgs are unaffected.
Hm… Does the name of the failing organization begin with a digit, by any chance?
No, mine is like foo-bar-foobar. starts with a regular alphabetic character, no leading digit.
I’ve been seeing 500s for the past few days. It was working fine before that.
My affected org has only lowercase alphabet characters. I just created this org maybe yesterday. The API reports 500s as well.
I’m also experiencing error 500 when doing sprites login:
sprite login ✓ logged in as error: failed to create sprite token: api error (status 500)
Then I tried accessing the web portal of sprites.dev and clicking Manage Org and it’s also returning Internal Server error.
Is the Sprites team working on this already?
i got the same issue, cannot connect to any of my sprites.
