# Sprite completely unreachable: console, API, public URL all timing out (again)

(It’s happening again, hence the copy/paste from another post which was resolved and closed.)

One of my Sprites (org: `don-denton`) has been completely unreachable for several hours. Every method of access is timing out:

- `sprite console` → `i/o timeout`
- `sprite api /sprites/` → hangs for 35+ seconds, no response
- `sprite checkpoint list` → exit code 1, no response
- Public URL → `curl` gets `000` (no connection)

The Sprite is listed in `sprite list` so the CLI knows it exists, but nothing can reach it.

\*\*Important:\*\* Please do not reset or wipe the Sprite’s disk before checking with me. I have a SQLite database I need preserved. Can you snapshot the disk or help me retrieve the file before any restart?

Anything I can do to prevent this? Or is there a reset button in development?
