rootFS size wrong?

Hi,

i use Alpine for my docker base and deploy just Rust compiled binary. df -h shows 16.9M.
But usage reports shows 225M.

I do not care too much, just curious if it is bug of feature. If rootfs size is rounded up for billing purposes it is not that much important.
