Problem connecting to app instance

again today, our systems are down. we don’t have any information available. this is the only message I see on logs.

are you still having this problem?

it looks like this error message can indicate an connection problem between the app instance and the proxy we run. Now we just have to figure out what’s triggering it.

Thanks for including the error message; could you also include your fly.toml and the output of fly status --all for the app?
